Abstract
Utilization of Information Technology has now penetrated all fields includinghealth services.One of them is the existence of an application-based patient data management system, making it easier for thepuskesmas to see visitor/patient statistics in accordance with complaintssubmitted.These applications already exist but are still stored in the play store to be downloaded, so it is deemednecessary to make the container into one in the form of a website to make it easier for people to use it.Besides this website is also used as a disseminator of information and activities held by the sanrobonepuskesmas in Takalar district, SouthSulawesi.The main purpose of this service is to create a digitalcommunication media (website), to disseminate information to thepublic. Finally, it is easier for people to getdigital information fromtrusted sources (Puskesmas Sanrobone).
Watermarking Citra Digital Berwarna Menggunakan Stationary Wavelet Transform (SWT)

Abstract
Watermarking citra digital banyak digunakan dan diteliti untuk masalah kepemilikan (ownership), proteksi, autentikasi dan identifikasi pemilik data digital. Skema watermarking yang baik yaitu memenuhi kriteria imperceptibility, robustness dan capacity. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat skema watermarking yang memiliki imperceptibility yang baik dan tahan (robust) terhadap serangan menggunakan Stationary Wavelet Transform (SWT). Pengujian dilakukan pada dua level transformasi dengan serangan Salt and Pepper, Speckle, Gaussian Noise, Blur, kompresi dan rotasi untuk robustness. Metode yang digunakan menghasilkan impercebtility yang baik dengan nilai PSNR di atas 70 dB pada level 1 dan di atas 40 dB pada level 2. Adapun pengujian robustness juga menunjukkan hasil yang sangat baik dengan nilai Normalized Correction di atas 0.9466 di level 1 dan di atas 0.9714 pada level 2. Ini juga menunjukkan bahwa dari segi imperceptibility, nilai PSNR padalevel 1 lebih baik dibandingkan pada level 2. Dari segi robustness, level 2 lebih baik daripada level 1.
An Inflation Rate Prediction Based on Backpropagation Neural Network Algorithm

Abstract
This article aims to predict the inflation rate in Samarinda, East Kalimantan by implementing an intelligent algorithm, Backpropagation Neural Network (BPNN). The inflation rate data was obtained from the Provincial Statistics Bureau of Samarinda https://samarindakota.bps.go.id/ for the period January 2012 to January 2017. The method used to measure accuracy algorithm prediction was the mean square error (MSE). Based on the experiment results, the BPNN method with architectural parameters of 5-5-5-1; the learning function was trainlm; the activation functions were logsig and purelin; the learning rate was 0.1 and able to produce a good level of prediction error with an MSE value of 0.00000424. The results showed that the BPNN algorithm can be used as an alternative method in predicting inflation rates in order to support sustainable economic growth, so that it can improve the welfare of the people in Samarinda, East Kalimantan.

Abstract
Many inhabitants of Indonesia, including individuals who have physical characteristics, the characters are different traits supplied by heredity and the formation of characteristics related to the physical environment and social environment. Based on these factors, humans are classified as normal people and those with special needs such as deaf. At Sekolah Luar Biasa Negeri 02 Makassar the sign language learning process still considered less effective because of the limited teaching team. In the PKM-M activities, it aims to introduce the features that provide in Android based PEMBASIINDO consisting of video tutorials. The benefit of this activity is the teaching team can carry out an effective learning process and the program can be useful as a learning media that can be used by the deaf and the general society. The Implementation method of these activities carried out at SLBN starts from observation, design activities, coordination with partner related to the activities, socialization, and training PEMBASIINDO application. The results of these activities are related to increasing knowledge about Indonesian sign language by PEMBASIINDO application media, helping teachers to the learning process and students with hearing impairment to communicating with their friends and the environment related to support the learning process.

Abstract
Perkembangan Zaman semakin meningkat dengan banyaknya kasus-kasus Penculikan anak akhir-akhir ini dan cukup meresahkan masyakarakat khususnya orangtua yang memiliki anak yang umurnya rata-rata 7-12 tahun dan jenjang SD/MI. Pada saat ajaran baru yaitu masuk sekolah. Anak yang mulai sekolah sudah diluar pantuan orangtua sehingga tingkat penculikan anak bisa saja terjadi membuka peluang oknum untuk melakukan tindakan kriminal. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka dapat disimpulkan perlunya membangun perangkat lunak yang dapat membantu permasalahan para orangtua dan anak yang sudah di paparkan sebelumnya. Perancangan Sistem Ge-Tekbol Pendeteksi keberadaan anak dengan smartphone orangtua yang terpasang aplikasi Android dan anak dapat mengeriminkan sms notifikasi darurat saat keadaan terdesak kepada orangtua dengan menekan tombol. Ge-Tekbol menggunakan teknologi Assisted Global Positioning System (A-GPS), penentu posisi pada GPS dengan bantuan server pembantu dari BTS seluler.Perangkat lunak yang dibangun menggunakan pemodelan berbasis objek. Ge-Tekbol dibangun menjadi 2, aplikasi dan Gelang GeTekbol – Parent untuk pengguna orangtua dan Ge-Tekbol– Gelang untuk pengguna anak.

Abstract
Company management has right to hope for its employees to respect reasonable standard of ethical code. The employees who act inappropriately or out of ordinary can damage business. It is very dangerous if management believes that every employee has the same view with him. Therefore, one of the best ways to clarify about what is expected by management towards its employees is making general work rules. Then it needs a monitoring system that is by designing an employee Monitoring System Application by detecting its position with the LBS (Location Based Service) method based on Android and implementing the method. The purpose of this study is helping the leaders for workforce section to control the existence and position of its employees, making it easier for leaders to make decisions and discipline employees at work. The benefits of this study that is this system can control the employees in absent from work. Useful as material for employee evaluation in jobs whether in accordance with working hours determined by a company. The system becomes a monitoring control tool for the employees.
A Combination of Text Similarity And Latent Semantic Analysis (LSA) Methods In Automatic Scoring Essay

Abstract
Description of type exam (essay) is considered by many experts as the most appropriate test to reap the results of a complex learning activities, because essay writing will involve the student’s ability to remember, organize, express, and integrate the ideas of the students. Just to correct the essay exam results, requiring a longer time if done manually because most do by reading an essay one by one. So that, lecturers needs to spend a lot of time to assess the answers of student’s exam. Therefore, in implementation, automatic scoring system is needed on the answer essay exam. Automated essay assessment method used in this study is a combination of Text Similarity and Latent Semantic Analysis (LSA) to look for a match and similarity level student answers with the answer key that has previously been inputted into the system. Data used in this test is 15 students with each student to answer 5 questions. Data obtained from subjects essay Basis Data I. The correlation results of that two assessment shows grades 0,946085 with an average increment of 2,08. Which means the results of the assessment system is not much different from the results of the assessment of the lectures, so that the automatic scoring system can be applied to essay type exam.
Hybrid lacunarity and euclidean distance algorithms for kidney health classification through iris image

Abstract
The degree of accuracy and precision becomes an important part of engineering in classification method. In this research, the hybrid Lacunarity and Euclidean Distance (ED) is used for classification of human kidney condition. Meanwhile, the image datasets comprised of 10 images for training and 10 images for testing have been used. Based on the experimental results, Lacunarity method has been able to extract features of the iris image with a 16x16 size of box counting. Then, the classification of kidney health conditions (i.e., normal and abnormal) has been calculated using an algorithm Euclidean Distance (ED) with an accuracy rate of 70%.
Student Service Performance Analysis by Using Path Analysis Model

Abstract
Academic services are probably the most important aspect to achieve excellence in a university. Every university applies strategies to improve their service quality for example an integrated academic information system that has been run by Universitas Muslim Indonesia (UMI). Due to the students as the object of services, it is important to evaluate their level of satisfaction regarding to the academic service performance that they have experienced. This research aimed to analyze the students’ satisfaction on a WEB based academic information system in UMI using path analysis. The research phases started from determining hypothesis, collecting questionnaire data, identifying variables, analyzing data using path analysis, and analyzing model. The variables tested were students’ registration, course schedule, course grades and assistantships. In this research, a model was created to measure the level of users’ satisfaction by information system based services. The results of this research is the level of satisfaction in student registration services that higher than the course schedule, course grades, and academic assistantships and a gain of confidence to the student that is equal to 17%. Academic information system (SIMAK) on academic service system of UMI can be analyzed by using path analysis and obtained student satisfaction result 69%.
Precipitation Missing Data Prediction Using Recommendation System

Abstract
Complete data is generally required in data analysis especially in time-series-related study. However, incomplete data due to equipment malfunction, human error, disaster, or other unknown reason is practically discovered. It is required to perform missing data prediction before forecasting the future values. Recommendation system is a system that predicts the "rating" or "preference" of a user over an item. Instead of dealing to a function of time series, the weekly precipitation data of Makassar City is placed into a matrix form consisting of "years" in row as the users and "weeks of the year" in column as the items. This method is also known as matrix decomposition. Accuracy of prediction by root mean square error (RMSE) and mean absolute error (MAE) have been performed to compare the predicted result by using the matrix decomposition to the observed values. In this study, matrix decomposition is discovered as a reliable method in dealing with the missing values of historical observation and forecasting the future values simultaneously

Abstract
Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) is a real-time service that enables voice conversations using IP networks, Steganography is the art and science of hiding secret messages in other messages that makes the secret messages are unknowable. VoIP allows as a medium cover carrier on steganography to provide the security of confidential messages. This study built by two-stage of steganography system using Least Significant Bits and Covert Channel that use image and VoIP communication as a medium in the hiding of messages. End of this study, the system will go through the process of performance and functionality testing. The results showed that the method of Covert Channel to the Payload field has the hiding of large capacity that are 56bit per packet, and by using two stages method of steganography can make a Steganogram extraction or analysis more difficult to do

Abstract
According to the World Health Organization (WHO), malocclusion is a deviation in dentofacial growth or an abnormal relationship between the teeth of both arches, which results in impaired physical function for sufferers. Causes of malocclusion include genetic factors, inappropriate growth and development processes, bad habits of children, and malnutrition. Also, malocclusion can be caused by a lack of knowledge of children, parents, and guardians of students in the school environment in maintaining oral health. Nurul Falah Kindergarten, located in Mamajang District in the middle of Makassar City. However, students in kindergarten are from the middle to lower economies with a lack of dental and oral health awareness. According to the principal, some students come with the condition of not brushing teeth and with cavities. This service activity aims to help solve the problems faced by teachers in pre-school age students by providing dental education based on Augmented Reality and Topical Application Fluor (TAF) as an effort to prevent malocclusion. It is hoped that through this activity malocclusion prevention can be done through promotive efforts on dental health. This dental extension will be complemented by the utilization of information technology advances in the form of android-based Augmented Reality (AR) technology that is able to visualize an object in 3 dimensions so that the counseling process becomes more interactive and real.
An artificial neural network approach for detecting skin cancer

Abstract
This study aims to present diagnose of melanoma skin cancer at an early stage. It applies feature extraction method of the first order for feature extraction based on texture in order to get high degree of accuracy with method of classification using artificial neural network (ANN). The method used is training and testing phases with classification of Multilayer Perceptron (MLP) neural network. The results showed that the accuracy of test image with 4 sets of training for image not suspected of melanoma and melanoma with the lowest accuracy of 80% and the highest accuracy of 88.88%, respectively. The 4 sets of training used consisted of 23 images. Of the 23 images used as a training consisted of 6 as not suspected of melanoma images and 17 as suspected melanoma images.
Spatial model for predicting sugarcane crop productivity using support vector regression

Abstract
Sugarcane which is the main ingredient of sugar production has a very high production demand so it must have a balance with the level of productivity. Sugarcane productivity in Indonesia can only reach 5.8 tons/ha which is still relatively low. In recent years sugarcane farmers have felt the decline in sugarcane production due to climate change which has affected the success of sugarcane planting so that sugar production has not been in line with national needs. This study aims to build a prediction model for the productivity of sugarcane crops in each area of Java Island based on climatic factors. The climate data used are collected from Indonesian Agency for Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics from 2006 to 2015. The method used is Support Vector Regression (SVR) using a radial base kernel function with a generalized neighbourhood matrix as a spatial model. The prediction model has RMSE of 0.1203954 and correlation of 0.9459743. The results of visualization of sugarcane productivity mapping show that areas in East Java have a higher value of productivity increase than areas in other provinces. Based on the results obtained, the model used has a quite good performance in predicting the productivity of sugarcane.

Segmentation is a process to extract the objects in an image. In this study, segmentation process is used to perform skin detection which aims to detect skin pixels and areas in an image. Abstract
In this research the proposes a method of recognition of BISINDO letters based on hand-shape features that hint every shape of BISINDO Letters. In outline, this method is divided into two parts: the first is part of formation database shape features of BISINDO letters A-Z and the second is part of BISINDO letters recognition. In the first section consist of hand-shape image acquisition that hint every BISINDO letters, segmentation process, edge detection process, feature extraction process that is probability value of hand-shape chain code occurrence and process of database feature formation. In the second section is consist of hand-shape image acquisition process as BISINDO letters query followed by segmentation process, edge detection process, hand-shape feature extraction and recognition process by using calculation difference in distance between query shape feature to each shape feature in database feature. The image acquisition process in two parts above conducted directly (real time) via Webcam connected to the computer device. The method above has been implemented into prototype of Bisindo letters recognition software interface. The experiment results show the accuracy level of BISINDO letter recognition (26 BISINDO letters A to Z) which is reaching above 95%.
