Abstract
Sistem keamanan dan kerahasiaan data merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam perkembangan dunia komunikasi, khususnya komunikasi yang menggunakan komputer dan terhubung dengan jaringan. Algoritma Twofish merupakan salah satu algoritma kriptografi simetris yang bekerja dalam bentuk block cipher dengan struktur jaringan Feistel dan menggunakan S-box. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan algoritma Twofish serta mengujinya melalui pembuatan aplikasi berbasis web yang dapat digunakan untuk proses enkripsi dan dekripsi file seperti *.pdf dan *.jpg. Pengujian sistem dilakukan menggunakan file dokumen dengan ekstensi *.doc.

Abstract
Pernikahan merupakan suatu hal yang sangat sakral dalam perjalanan hidup seseorang sehingga setiap orang menginginkan acara pernikahan berjalan dengan lancar. Wedding Planner Organizer (WPO) adalah jasa yang membantu dalam persiapan dan pelaksanaan acara pernikahan. Saat ini, dalam merencanakan pernikahan masih banyak calon pengantin yang mengalami kesulitan dalam mencari jasa Wedding Organizer (WO) karena harus melakukannya secara manual atau mendatangi satu per satu penyedia jasa, sehingga memerlukan waktu lebih lama dan menyulitkan dalam memperkirakan biaya yang akan dikeluarkan. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut, dilakukan penelitian dengan membangun aplikasi Wedding Planner Organizer (WPO) berbasis Android. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan aplikasi pencarian dan pemesanan kebutuhan pernikahan di Kota Makassar secara online melalui smartphone yang dapat menjadi solusi bagi calon pengantin dan vendor Wedding Organizer. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini, calon pengantin dapat mencari dan memesan kebutuhan pernikahan mulai dari gedung, dekorasi, catering, tata rias, dokumentasi, hingga hiburan. Aplikasi ini dibuat berbasis Android dengan analisis menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML) dan metode pengujian menggunakan Black Box Testing. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa aplikasi Wedding Planner Organizer (WPO) berbasis Android yang dapat memudahkan masyarakat dalam pemesanan, persiapan, dan pelaksanaan acara pernikahan serta membantu penyedia jasa Wedding Organizer dalam mempromosikan layanan mereka.

Abstract
Al-Quran education is a non-formal educational institution with a type of Islamic religion aimed at providing teaching reading the Al-Quran, understanding the basic knowledge of Islam in early childhood. TPA Al-Muttaqin as a PKM-M activity partner has quite a lot of students from early childhood. The lack of teaching staff and the methods used in teaching santri were monotonous by confronting the students one by one to justify their reading, so there were only a few students when they were studying and more students played due to lack of supervision. The aim of PKM-M is to increase the understanding of santri regarding the learning of jurisprudence and iqro, to give understanding and knowledge to teachers and parents of santri by conducting counseling and socialization as well as mentoring technological knowledge in learning. The PKM-M team uses a learning by doing system method with educational-based teaching media. First, counseling activities for giving material. Second, training activities to teach coaches and instructors in implementing educational media in learning. Third, evaluation monitoring activities. So the results increase the understanding of santri regarding fiqh and iqro learning, add insight and knowledge to teachers and santri parents related to the application of educational media.
Scheduling Using Genetic Algorithm and Roulette Wheel Selection Method Considering Lecturer TIME

Abstract
Scheduling lectures is not something easy, considering many factors that must be considered. The factors that must be considered are the courses that will be held, the space available, the lecturers, the suitability of the credits with the duration of courses, the availability of lecturers' time, and so on. One algorithm in the field of computer science that can be used in lecture scheduling automation is Genetic Algorithms. Genetic Algorithms can provide the best solution from several solutions in handling scheduling problems and the selksi method used is roulette wheel. This study produces a scheduling system that can work automatically or independently which can produce optimal lecture schedules by applying Genetic Algorithms. Based on the results of testing, the resulting system can schedule lectures correctly and consider the time of lecturers. In this study, the roulette wheel selection method was more effective in producing the best individuals than the rank selection method.

Abstract
information about the orphanage and the location of the orphanage so they have to go to the social service office or by asking the community to get information about the local orphanage. This surely has an impact on the activities of donors who donates on a regular basis without knowing the conditions of other orphanages in the local area that are more likely to receive the donation. This application applies a Location Based Service (LBS) system that is able to detect the location of an orphanage, then can provide information services in accordance with the user's location. LBS is a location-based service, which is an internet-based service that is able to display position geographically from a smartphone or provide location information from the destined address. The aim of this research is to create an application that can provide information to donors through android about the location of orphanages in Makassar City with navigation features and display information related to orphanages to make it easier for donors to conclude which orphanages need more donations. This application can provide information for donors of android users to get convenience in finding and knowing the location of orphanages in the city of Makassar through an android mobile device to do donation activities.

Abstract
Conventional test process has many constraints that is cheating and cheating is still often the case. Besides the slowness of the assessment process in conventional exams due to participants that much that can inhibit teachers in incorporating values into report cards. The purpose of this research is to design based semester final exam application online at Milwaukee Public CMS in order to simplify the Makassar Independent parties in organizing school exams due to online exam developed in computerization, so constraints conventional test can be resolved. Online exam system on this type of exam consists of multiple choice and essay in which to type multiple choice exam, participants can directly know the exam results shortly after the test took place.

Watermarking Citra Digital Berwarna Menggunakan Stationary Wavelet Transform (SWT)

Abstract
Watermarking citra digital banyak digunakan dan diteliti untuk masalah kepemilikan (ownership), proteksi, autentikasi dan identifikasi pemilik data digital. Skema watermarking yang baik yaitu memenuhi kriteria imperceptibility, robustness dan capacity. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat skema watermarking yang memiliki imperceptibility yang baik dan tahan (robust) terhadap serangan menggunakan Stationary Wavelet Transform (SWT). Pengujian dilakukan pada dua level transformasi dengan serangan Salt and Pepper, Speckle, Gaussian Noise, Blur, kompresi dan rotasi untuk robustness. Metode yang digunakan menghasilkan impercebtility yang baik dengan nilai PSNR di atas 70 dB pada level 1 dan di atas 40 dB pada level 2. Adapun pengujian robustness juga menunjukkan hasil yang sangat baik dengan nilai Normalized Correction di atas 0.9466 di level 1 dan di atas 0.9714 pada level 2. Ini juga menunjukkan bahwa dari segi imperceptibility, nilai PSNR padalevel 1 lebih baik dibandingkan pada level 2. Dari segi robustness, level 2 lebih baik daripada level 1.
An Inflation Rate Prediction Based on Backpropagation Neural Network Algorithm

Abstract
This article aims to predict the inflation rate in Samarinda, East Kalimantan by implementing an intelligent algorithm, Backpropagation Neural Network (BPNN). The inflation rate data was obtained from the Provincial Statistics Bureau of Samarinda https://samarindakota.bps.go.id/ for the period January 2012 to January 2017. The method used to measure accuracy algorithm prediction was the mean square error (MSE). Based on the experiment results, the BPNN method with architectural parameters of 5-5-5-1; the learning function was trainlm; the activation functions were logsig and purelin; the learning rate was 0.1 and able to produce a good level of prediction error with an MSE value of 0.00000424. The results showed that the BPNN algorithm can be used as an alternative method in predicting inflation rates in order to support sustainable economic growth, so that it can improve the welfare of the people in Samarinda, East Kalimantan.

Abstract
Many inhabitants of Indonesia, including individuals who have physical characteristics, the characters are different traits supplied by heredity and the formation of characteristics related to the physical environment and social environment. Based on these factors, humans are classified as normal people and those with special needs such as deaf. At Sekolah Luar Biasa Negeri 02 Makassar the sign language learning process still considered less effective because of the limited teaching team. In the PKM-M activities, it aims to introduce the features that provide in Android based PEMBASIINDO consisting of video tutorials. The benefit of this activity is the teaching team can carry out an effective learning process and the program can be useful as a learning media that can be used by the deaf and the general society. The Implementation method of these activities carried out at SLBN starts from observation, design activities, coordination with partner related to the activities, socialization, and training PEMBASIINDO application. The results of these activities are related to increasing knowledge about Indonesian sign language by PEMBASIINDO application media, helping teachers to the learning process and students with hearing impairment to communicating with their friends and the environment related to support the learning process.

Abstract
Perkembangan Zaman semakin meningkat dengan banyaknya kasus-kasus Penculikan anak akhir-akhir ini dan cukup meresahkan masyakarakat khususnya orangtua yang memiliki anak yang umurnya rata-rata 7-12 tahun dan jenjang SD/MI. Pada saat ajaran baru yaitu masuk sekolah. Anak yang mulai sekolah sudah diluar pantuan orangtua sehingga tingkat penculikan anak bisa saja terjadi membuka peluang oknum untuk melakukan tindakan kriminal. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka dapat disimpulkan perlunya membangun perangkat lunak yang dapat membantu permasalahan para orangtua dan anak yang sudah di paparkan sebelumnya. Perancangan Sistem Ge-Tekbol Pendeteksi keberadaan anak dengan smartphone orangtua yang terpasang aplikasi Android dan anak dapat mengeriminkan sms notifikasi darurat saat keadaan terdesak kepada orangtua dengan menekan tombol. Ge-Tekbol menggunakan teknologi Assisted Global Positioning System (A-GPS), penentu posisi pada GPS dengan bantuan server pembantu dari BTS seluler.Perangkat lunak yang dibangun menggunakan pemodelan berbasis objek. Ge-Tekbol dibangun menjadi 2, aplikasi dan Gelang GeTekbol – Parent untuk pengguna orangtua dan Ge-Tekbol– Gelang untuk pengguna anak.

Abstract
Company management has right to hope for its employees to respect reasonable standard of ethical code. The employees who act inappropriately or out of ordinary can damage business. It is very dangerous if management believes that every employee has the same view with him. Therefore, one of the best ways to clarify about what is expected by management towards its employees is making general work rules. Then it needs a monitoring system that is by designing an employee Monitoring System Application by detecting its position with the LBS (Location Based Service) method based on Android and implementing the method. The purpose of this study is helping the leaders for workforce section to control the existence and position of its employees, making it easier for leaders to make decisions and discipline employees at work. The benefits of this study that is this system can control the employees in absent from work. Useful as material for employee evaluation in jobs whether in accordance with working hours determined by a company. The system becomes a monitoring control tool for the employees.
A Combination of Text Similarity And Latent Semantic Analysis (LSA) Methods In Automatic Scoring Essay

Abstract
Description of type exam (essay) is considered by many experts as the most appropriate test to reap the results of a complex learning activities, because essay writing will involve the student’s ability to remember, organize, express, and integrate the ideas of the students. Just to correct the essay exam results, requiring a longer time if done manually because most do by reading an essay one by one. So that, lecturers needs to spend a lot of time to assess the answers of student’s exam. Therefore, in implementation, automatic scoring system is needed on the answer essay exam. Automated essay assessment method used in this study is a combination of Text Similarity and Latent Semantic Analysis (LSA) to look for a match and similarity level student answers with the answer key that has previously been inputted into the system. Data used in this test is 15 students with each student to answer 5 questions. Data obtained from subjects essay Basis Data I. The correlation results of that two assessment shows grades 0,946085 with an average increment of 2,08. Which means the results of the assessment system is not much different from the results of the assessment of the lectures, so that the automatic scoring system can be applied to essay type exam.
Hybrid lacunarity and euclidean distance algorithms for kidney health classification through iris image

Abstract
The degree of accuracy and precision becomes an important part of engineering in classification method. In this research, the hybrid Lacunarity and Euclidean Distance (ED) is used for classification of human kidney condition. Meanwhile, the image datasets comprised of 10 images for training and 10 images for testing have been used. Based on the experimental results, Lacunarity method has been able to extract features of the iris image with a 16x16 size of box counting. Then, the classification of kidney health conditions (i.e., normal and abnormal) has been calculated using an algorithm Euclidean Distance (ED) with an accuracy rate of 70%.
Student Service Performance Analysis by Using Path Analysis Model

Abstract
Academic services are probably the most important aspect to achieve excellence in a university. Every university applies strategies to improve their service quality for example an integrated academic information system that has been run by Universitas Muslim Indonesia (UMI). Due to the students as the object of services, it is important to evaluate their level of satisfaction regarding to the academic service performance that they have experienced. This research aimed to analyze the students’ satisfaction on a WEB based academic information system in UMI using path analysis. The research phases started from determining hypothesis, collecting questionnaire data, identifying variables, analyzing data using path analysis, and analyzing model. The variables tested were students’ registration, course schedule, course grades and assistantships. In this research, a model was created to measure the level of users’ satisfaction by information system based services. The results of this research is the level of satisfaction in student registration services that higher than the course schedule, course grades, and academic assistantships and a gain of confidence to the student that is equal to 17%. Academic information system (SIMAK) on academic service system of UMI can be analyzed by using path analysis and obtained student satisfaction result 69%.
Precipitation Missing Data Prediction Using Recommendation System

Abstract
Complete data is generally required in data analysis especially in time-series-related study. However, incomplete data due to equipment malfunction, human error, disaster, or other unknown reason is practically discovered. It is required to perform missing data prediction before forecasting the future values. Recommendation system is a system that predicts the "rating" or "preference" of a user over an item. Instead of dealing to a function of time series, the weekly precipitation data of Makassar City is placed into a matrix form consisting of "years" in row as the users and "weeks of the year" in column as the items. This method is also known as matrix decomposition. Accuracy of prediction by root mean square error (RMSE) and mean absolute error (MAE) have been performed to compare the predicted result by using the matrix decomposition to the observed values. In this study, matrix decomposition is discovered as a reliable method in dealing with the missing values of historical observation and forecasting the future values simultaneously
