Abstract
Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) is a real-time service that enables voice conversations using IP networks, Steganography is the art and science of hiding secret messages in other messages that makes the secret messages are unknowable. VoIP allows as a medium cover carrier on steganography to provide the security of confidential messages. This study built by two-stage of steganography system using Least Significant Bits and Covert Channel that use image and VoIP communication as a medium in the hiding of messages. End of this study, the system will go through the process of performance and functionality testing. The results showed that the method of Covert Channel to the Payload field has the hiding of large capacity that are 56bit per packet, and by using two stages method of steganography can make a Steganogram extraction or analysis more difficult to do

Abstract
According to the World Health Organization (WHO), malocclusion is a deviation in dentofacial growth or an abnormal relationship between the teeth of both arches, which results in impaired physical function for sufferers. Causes of malocclusion include genetic factors, inappropriate growth and development processes, bad habits of children, and malnutrition. Also, malocclusion can be caused by a lack of knowledge of children, parents, and guardians of students in the school environment in maintaining oral health. Nurul Falah Kindergarten, located in Mamajang District in the middle of Makassar City. However, students in kindergarten are from the middle to lower economies with a lack of dental and oral health awareness. According to the principal, some students come with the condition of not brushing teeth and with cavities. This service activity aims to help solve the problems faced by teachers in pre-school age students by providing dental education based on Augmented Reality and Topical Application Fluor (TAF) as an effort to prevent malocclusion. It is hoped that through this activity malocclusion prevention can be done through promotive efforts on dental health. This dental extension will be complemented by the utilization of information technology advances in the form of android-based Augmented Reality (AR) technology that is able to visualize an object in 3 dimensions so that the counseling process becomes more interactive and real.
An artificial neural network approach for detecting skin cancer

Abstract
This study aims to present diagnose of melanoma skin cancer at an early stage. It applies feature extraction method of the first order for feature extraction based on texture in order to get high degree of accuracy with method of classification using artificial neural network (ANN). The method used is training and testing phases with classification of Multilayer Perceptron (MLP) neural network. The results showed that the accuracy of test image with 4 sets of training for image not suspected of melanoma and melanoma with the lowest accuracy of 80% and the highest accuracy of 88.88%, respectively. The 4 sets of training used consisted of 23 images. Of the 23 images used as a training consisted of 6 as not suspected of melanoma images and 17 as suspected melanoma images.
Spatial model for predicting sugarcane crop productivity using support vector regression

Abstract
Sugarcane which is the main ingredient of sugar production has a very high production demand so it must have a balance with the level of productivity. Sugarcane productivity in Indonesia can only reach 5.8 tons/ha which is still relatively low. In recent years sugarcane farmers have felt the decline in sugarcane production due to climate change which has affected the success of sugarcane planting so that sugar production has not been in line with national needs. This study aims to build a prediction model for the productivity of sugarcane crops in each area of Java Island based on climatic factors. The climate data used are collected from Indonesian Agency for Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics from 2006 to 2015. The method used is Support Vector Regression (SVR) using a radial base kernel function with a generalized neighbourhood matrix as a spatial model. The prediction model has RMSE of 0.1203954 and correlation of 0.9459743. The results of visualization of sugarcane productivity mapping show that areas in East Java have a higher value of productivity increase than areas in other provinces. Based on the results obtained, the model used has a quite good performance in predicting the productivity of sugarcane.

Abstract
Segmentation is a process to extract the objects in an image. In this study, segmentation process is used to perform skin detection which aims to detect skin pixels and areas in an image. Pixel-based measures is used in the similarity measurement model in image area segmentation to detect skin and non-skin areas in 3 color spaces i.e. RGB with Euclidean distance, HSV with Dcyl distance, HCL with DHCL distance and the thresholding value as the limit of the similarity between two colors. Abstract
In this research the proposes a method of recognition of BISINDO letters based on hand-shape features that hint every shape of BISINDO Letters. In outline, this method is divided into two parts: the first is part of formation database shape features of BISINDO letters A-Z and the second is part of BISINDO letters recognition. In the first section consist of hand-shape image acquisition that hint every BISINDO letters, segmentation process, edge detection process, feature extraction process that is probability value of hand-shape chain code occurrence and process of database feature formation. In the second section is consist of hand-shape image acquisition process as BISINDO letters query followed by segmentation process, edge detection process, hand-shape feature extraction and recognition process by using calculation difference in distance between query shape feature to each shape feature in database feature. The image acquisition process in two parts above conducted directly (real time) via Webcam connected to the computer device. The method above has been implemented into prototype of Bisindo letters recognition software interface. The experiment results show the accuracy level of BISINDO letter recognition (26 BISINDO letters A to Z) which is reaching above 95%.

Abstract
The use of information systems requires special management and management, so this system is commonly referred to as a management information system. In it there are various activities ranging from system planning, maintenance, to measuring performance. In running a library information system, software and hardware are needed as well as humans as operators. The above components must be activities that are interconnected so that the library can run smoothly. To determine whether the components of the information system are running well, it requires an evaluation process. The purpose of this study is to measure the level of satisfaction of system users and to determine the strengths and weaknesses of the system in the use of library information systems. The method used is the analytical method PIECES Framework, which consists of several points of analysis, namely: Performance, Information and Data, Economics, Control and Security, Efficiency, and Service. Where each analysis point is a reference for evaluation and analysis of information systems. The results of this study are web applications that are able to analyze the level of user satisfaction with the library information system using the PIECES Framework analysis method and equipped with a satisfaction level reporting chart of the system measured in the 2018 period

Abstract
General Data Protection Regulations (GDRP) regulation which is used to substantiate or individual data protection. the principle of gdpr is transparency where the application users have the right to make changes and access to personal data. so, companies are asked to be transparent about the reasons for collecting the data and the purpose of the data usage. GDPR has purpose to develop personal data protection and user privacy data by managing update data in the form of real-time notification. the method is used for Convention over Configuration paradigm. Prototyping model is used to describe application system workflow using graphics, DBMS management (using PostgreSQL). In Conclusion, prototype web application information system which applies data protection information using the principle of GDRP at user by managing data information updates in the form of real-time notification.

Abstract
Nowadays, the industry makes various types of goods that have glass-based materials, float car window panes, non-float building windows, lamps, jars, and tableware. These glasses have the same production material, the difference between one and the other is the composition of the production material. K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithm which is one of the classification methods in data mining and also a supervised learning algorithm in machine learning is a method for classifying objects based on learning data that is the closest distance to the object.. This study discusses the performance measurement (accuracy, precision, recall and f-measure) of the KNN method with a variety of values on 1000 glass type production data objects obtained from the central UCI Machine Learning Repository dataset. The conclusion of this research is the results of the value of K = 3 to K = 9, the best performance values obtained at K = 3, where the level of accuracy reaches 64%, 63% precision, 71% recall, and F-Measure of 67%.

Abstract
Exact Match is used to bring up sentences only on certain keywords. This study aims to apply the Exact Match method in the Al-qur'an and Hadith applications to find conformity between verses and hadiths. This research simplify for the people to increase their knowledge of the Qur'an and Hadith. This study uses interview techniques for some Muslims regarding the need to learn the quran and the hadith, observation technique is to do a comparison of several hadiths by asking for recommendations from the ustadz/ustazah, identify what are the shortcomings of existing hadith applications, and literature study techniques that are collecting data obtained from the Qur'an and the Hadith. The results of this study are (1) Created an application to match Hadiths that are in accordance the verse with the Exact Match method (2) Showing hadith related to the contents of the selected verse (3) Speed to produce a match in the Application of the Qur'an and Hadith depends on the internet network and the amount of data (4) The number of hadiths that appear is influenced by the number of available hadiths.

Abstract
Mitra pengabdian ini adalah Sekolah Luar Biasa Negeri 2 Makassar. Permasalahan mitra adalah belum adanya informasi berbasis online untuk penyebaran informasi sekolah dan metode pengajaaran masih bersifat konfensional. Pengabdian ini bertujuan melakukan pengabdian dengan menerapkan ICT pada proses belajar mengajar guru dan pembuatan website informasi sekolah. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah penerapan ICT dalam proses belajar mengajar dengan membuatkan aplikasi berbasis Mobile Android dan pembuatan webiste informasi sekolah. Pada pengabdian ini dilakukan juga pendampingan bagi guru dan admin webiste desa untuk melatih mengoperasikan aplikasi pembelajarn berbasis mobile dan penginputan informasi pada webiste sekolah . Hasil pengabdian ini adalah telah menerapkan ICT pada sekolah SLB N 2 Makassar. Penerapan ICT pada SLB N 2 Makassar yaitu berupa website http://slbn2makassar.sch.id/ dan aplikasi berbasis Mobile Android dengan nama aplikasi UMIBISA. Hasil pengambilan data pengguna website dan aplikasi menunjukan bahwa penguna merasa tertarik dengan website dan aplikasi dan mereka mudah dalam menggunakan aplikasi dan website tersebut

Abstract
Penyandang tuna netra saat ini masih memiliki kesulitan dalam melakukan aktifitasnya terutama dalam masalah mobilitas di dalam masyarakat. Hal ini tentunya diakibatkan karna masih minimnya sarana dan prasarana yang dapat menunjang para penyandang tuna netra dalam melakukan kegiatan sehari-hari. Salah satu alat bantu yang biasa digunakan oleh penyandang tuna netra untuk melakukan kegiatan sehari-hari adalah tongkat tuna netra, dengan tongkat ini para penyandang tuna netra cukup terbantu terutama ketika berjalan, namun tongkat tuna netra tersebut masih memiliki keterbatasan, salah satunya adalah tidak dapat mendeteksi keberadaan objek yang berada diluar dari jangkauan tongkat tersebut, dengan kata lain penyandang tuna netra dapat merasakan objek yang ada disekitarnya ketika tongkat tuna netra menyentuh objek tersebut. Maka dari itu pada penelitian ini dikembangkan sebuah konsep alat bantu jalan bagi penyandang tuna netra dengan menambahkan sebuah perangkat baru yang dapat menutupi keterbatasan yang ada pada tongkat tuna netra. Alat yang dirancang memanfaatkan teknologi mikrokontoler berupa arduino, sensor ultrasonik, modul Mp3 dan micro DC.

Abstract
Abstract-- The use of current website technology can be applied as a control and monitoring system, which is used to control electrical devices, so that the user can only control the PC or smartphone that has been connected to Wi-Fi or the Internet. In this case the control uses the Raspberry Pi Mini PC which has several advantages such as low power and is relatively easy when connected with a web server compared to a microcontroller. By utilizing the Raspberry Pi Mini PC as a web server, it can replace PC functions in general. The results in this study are the Electric Control System that has been made capable of controlling 4 AC voltage electronics as well as 4 relays with each relay capable of bearing a maximum load of 2200 watts using a power supply on the Raspberry Pi which has a minimum of 0.7 amperes and Control of electrical load can be done within a distance of 0 meters - 15 meters from the wireless route

Abstract
Indonesian Muslim universities utilize WiFi networks as a facility to support the implementation of student and academic lecture activities within the scope of Indonesian Muslim universities. However, with the number of Indonesian Muslim University students around 17,000 people, internet access to the internet network has become slow. In addition, there are several faculties on several floors that do not get wifi signals or get weak signals so students cannot enjoy the internet network. Because it is necessary to measure the signal quality on wireless devices (AP) in each faculty in the scope of UMI with action research methods and analyze the signal quality so that it is known what factors can cause the wifi signal to sometimes be weak or not even get a signal at all

Abstract
Universitas Muslim Indonesia merupakan sebuah instansi di bidang pendidikan yang menggunakan jaringan internet sebagai salah satu penunjang sarana dan prasana untuk mengelola dan mengatur data informasi serta digunakan mahasiswa untuk mencari referens mengenai perkuliahan mereka. Universitas Muslim Indonesia memiliki 13 fakultas, dimana setiap fakultas menggunakan jaringa wireless LAN sebagai sarana untuk mahasiswa dalam menggunakan jaringan internet, kelemahan dari jaringan wireless LAN dimana buruknya jaringan internet pada jaringan wireless LAN. Maka dari itu peneliti ingin menganalisis Quality of Service (QoS) jaringan wireless LAN pada setiap fakultas di lingkup Universitas Muslim Indonesia. Dengan adanya kualitas jaringan pada Universitas Muslim Indonesia maka akan dilakukan metode wawancara dan observasi terlebih dahulu mengenai masalah yang terjadi pada jaringan wireless LAN pada tiap fakultas, setelah itu akan dilakukan analisis terhadap jaringan wireless LAN dengan menggunakan parameter - parameter Quality of Service yaitu delay, packet loss, bandwidth, troughput

Abstract
The objective of this study was to analyze the comparison between artificial neural network algorithm and k-means clustering to see the extent of the effectiveness of this algorithm on the identification of Gorontalo herbal plant image. This study uses a digital imaging processing method with segmentation and extraction techniques. Segmentation proses used thresholding method. The next process was extraction process of the characteristics of the image of the herbal plant using the shape and color characteristics to obtain the metric, eccentricity, hue, saturation, and value of the plant was carried out. These five parameters were used as parameters to identify the herbal plant image. This study used 91 images which consisted of 80 imagery training and 11 test images. The study revealed that k-means clustering accuracy was 27.27% whereas the artificial neural network algorithm accuracy was 54.54%. In this case artificial neural networks had better accuracy than K-means.
